Rent COVENANT Now

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your rental and streaming of digital video content from Road 106 Films, including the series Covenant, through our designated platform.

By clicking the “Pay Now” button and completing your payment, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

• This rental includes access to 8 episodes from Season 1 of the series Covenant.
   
• The rental rate is $3.99 per episode.
   
• You may choose to rent one or more episodes. Payment is required for each episode individually.
   

• Once your payment is successfully completed via PayPal, you will receive an email containing:
   
  • A streaming link
     
  • A password required to access your rental
     
• The rental period begins immediately after payment is completed.
   
• You will have 168 hours (7 days) to stream the purchased episode(s), after which access will automatically expire.
   
• You may stream each rented episode as many times as you wish within the 7-day period.
   

• Content will be streamed via the Frame.io website.
   
• Internet access and a compatible device are required.
   

• Rentals are for personal, non-commercial use only.
   
• Redistribution, copying, downloading, screen recording, or sharing of the content or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
   

• Refunds may be available only if you have not started streaming the content or used the provided password.
   
• To request a refund, please contact us at filmfirstatl@gmail.com with your order details.
   

• If you encounter technical issues preventing access to your rental, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.
   

• Road 106 Films reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
